I am a current renter who owned a home for years. I moved into The Summit at Owings Mills a few months back. I am very happy with the customer service that the rental office and maintenance staff provide on a daily basis. The size of the apartments are very spacious as well. Well worth the money spent each month on rent. I am glad I found these apartments and plan to live here for years to come.

Move in was easy and The Summit staff was very friendly. The apartment is large and spacious. My favorite part might be the kitchen, the appliances aren't especially new, but the "galley" style counters and space has a great atmosphere.

I love The Summit community and the office staff! I have been here for three years and I would recommend it. I love the fact that there is a pool, gym, and coffee lounge. Overall, a great place for older adults.
